Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No. Just leave your empty bins at the curb after your regular trash pickup, and we'll take care of the rest. No need to wait around or rearrange your schedule.

Why do you clean the day after trash pickup instead of the same day?

Trash, recycling, and yard waste are often picked up at different times throughout the day by different trucks. Cleaning the next day guarantees your bins are empty and ready, so you get a full, thorough clean rather than a rushed one around leftover debris.

What time do you service my bins?

We start our route at 8:30 AM. On longer days we may wrap up cleanings as late as 7:00–8:00 PM. As long as your bins are somewhere we can access, we'll get them cleaned. You'll also receive a text confirmation once your cleaning is complete.

How do I know which day my bins will be cleaned?

Once you sign up, we'll confirm your regular service day based on your trash pickup schedule and send a reminder the day before, so you never forget to leave your bins out.

What if I forget to put my bins out?

No worries — just reach out and we'll do our best to fit you in on the next available route, or roll your cleaning to the following cycle depending on your plan.

What plans do you offer?

Monthly Clean — $18.75 per can/month, 12 cleans a year (our best value). Quarterly Clean — $25.95 per can/quarter, 4 cleans a year. One-Time Clean — $46.80 per can, no subscription required.

How does payment work?

During signup you'll add a payment method to your account. Your card is only charged after each cleaning is completed — so you pay once the job is done, not before.

Why do Monthly and Quarterly plans require a 12-month commitment?

Our lowest, locked-in pricing is only possible with a consistent route schedule — a 12-month commitment lets us guarantee your rate and your spot on the route all year, including during Idaho's colder months when fewer trucks are running. If you'd rather not commit, our One-Time Clean is always available with no strings attached.

Can I add more than one bin?

Yes — pricing is per can, so you can add your trash, recycling, and yard waste bins at the same per-can rate on your plan.

Yes! Refer a neighbor and you'll both receive a $15 credit once they sign up for service.

What actually happens during a cleaning?

Our technician arrives in a specialized truck that lifts and inverts your bin over a sealed wash chamber using a hydraulic arm. Dual high-pressure nozzles then blast every interior surface — plus the lid, handles, and exterior — with roughly 200°F water and an eco-friendly sanitizer. All the grime and most of the wastewater are captured in our onboard tank and hauled away for proper disposal, while the exterior rinse may leave the nearby road a little wet. Nothing is left on your driveway or in the storm drain.

What temperature is the water, and why does it matter?

We use water heated to approximately 200°F. Heat is critical to sanitizing — it helps eliminate 99.9% of harmful bacteria, including common culprits like E. coli, Salmonella, and Staph, not just rinse away visible dirt.

Where does the dirty wastewater go?

All the gunk and most of the wastewater are captured in our truck's onboard tank and hauled away for proper disposal. Because we also rinse the outside of your bin with clean water, the street nearby may be damp afterward — but no sludge, chemicals, or debris are left behind on your property, driveway, or in the storm drain.

Your bins are sanitized and deodorized, not just soaked — they're left clean, fresh-smelling, and ready to use, without a strong chemical smell.

Do you clean the outside of the bin too?

Yes — our process addresses high-touch areas like the lid, handles, and wheels in addition to the interior, since those areas collect just as much bacteria.

How will I know the job is done?

As soon as your cleaning is complete, you'll get a text confirmation with a photo of your freshly cleaned bin — so you know exactly when we came and how it turned out, even if you weren't home.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Life happens — you can skip cleanings without losing your rate or canceling your plan. Quarterly plans include 1 skip per year, and Monthly plans include up to 3 skips per year. Just let us know before your scheduled visit and we'll adjust your route accordingly.

Monthly and Quarterly plans include a 12-month commitment, which is how we're able to offer our lowest per-clean pricing. If you cancel before your term is complete, your first cleaning will be adjusted to our standard one-time rate of $46.80 (you'll be charged the difference between what you paid and $46.80), and all other cleans remain at your discounted rate. If you'd rather not commit to a full year, our One-Time Clean is always available with no subscription required.
